Terms & Conditions
- These terms apply to all orders placed on my website and all products supplied by Wild Poetry to you.
- By using my website or buying from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
- All prices are listed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- I only accept direct bank transfer as displayed at checkout.
- Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- I currently ship within New Zealand.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days, once payment has cleared.
- Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Risk and title of the goods pass to you upon delivery.
- New Zealand Consumer Law: My goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If an item arrives broken or faulty, please contact me within 24 hours with images of the goods I will repair, replace, or refund it at no extra cost to you.
- Change of Mind: As a small business I am unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
- We collect your personal information (name, email, shipping address, phone number) strictly to process and deliver your order.
- We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, in compliance with the Privacy Act 2020.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
